Don Milner, P.Eng.

Engineer, Project Manager

Don is a project Electrical Engineer who has made a significant impact at Jarvis Engineering since he joined our team in 2013. Don received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Victoria, and his background as a Lighting Controls Specialist, where he developed lighting control strategies for a variety of products and prepared detailed construction shop drawings for low voltage lighting control systems with SLS Group Industries, has proved indespensable in his role at Jarvis.

Don completed the Engineer in Training program with Jarvis and earned his Professional Engineer designation in 2016. His extensive experience in all project stages, from conceptual planning to construction contract administration, has given him a unique perspective on project management, and his knowledge of energy codes and standards has made him a valuable resource for ensuring design compliance on ASHRAE 90.1 and NECB issues.

In addition to his expertise in electrical engineering, Don is also our resident expert in computer networks, hardware and software, playing a key role in keeping our systems and technology state of the art.

Don is a team player who always goes above and beyond to provide our clients with the highest level of service. He is dedicated to ensuring that every project he works on is completed to the highest standards, and his positive attitude and exceptional work ethic make him an integral team member.
