Princeton families now have access to 80 new child care spaces at the Riverside Learning Centre, thanks to a partnership between the Province and School District 58. Funded in part by over $10.2 million from the ChildCareBC New Spaces Fund, the centre now offers 122 spaces in total, including care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children.
These new spaces are part of a broader effort to make child care more accessible and affordable in rural communities—supporting parents’ ability to work or go to school, while helping local economies grow.
