A new six-storey student residence includes 220 beds in modified traditional format (two single bedrooms sharing a bathroom) with standard housing amenities including house lounges, informal study space, and activity room and laundry facilities. The new residence supports the growing demand for on-campus student housing and student recruitment and retention, besides enhancing campus life environment and services, which will help students succeed academically and socially.
We acknowledge Jarvis Engineering offices are located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Stó:lō people, the Semá:th First Nation, Mathxwí First Nation, and Syilx Okanagan people. With this, we respect the longstanding relationships that Indigenous Nations have to this land, as they are the original caretakers.
