Oceana Parc is an award winning 23 storey high rise retirement residence with a commercial kitchen, two-storey luxury amenity podium, terraces and courtyards, two-level parkade, and a two-storey ancillary building with commercial retail space, therapy facilities and medical offices. The project is registered with CAGBC for LEED® Gold® certification and was occupied in winter 2019.
