The new residential care and adult day care is a seven-storey development providing 236 subsidized residential care units and four private units. The building also includes a floor dedicated to the cultural and social-sensitive care of residents of Korean-Canadian heritage. Construction started August 2018 and the building was complete summer 2020.
We acknowledge Jarvis Engineering offices are located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Stó:lō people, the Semá:th First Nation, Mathxwí First Nation, and Syilx Okanagan people. With this, we respect the longstanding relationships that Indigenous Nations have to this land, as they are the original caretakers.
Our services primarily include detailed design, preparation of construction documents, and field services.
